okay..as we all know..
if we want to stay healty, we should watch out our food intake and do exercise regularly.
well..as you can see..many girls are getting skinnier today and thats is not healthy..
they should stabilised their bmi..(body mass index)
well..like me..i'm in the process to make my body fit..i must make my weight became 49...well..3kg more to go..
haha..so,this morning i went to tanjung puteri resort and played tennis there..
well.i played for an hour non-stop..
whoaa..i sweat a lot and wow..amazing!
my body i felt as if it's transform..i feel lighter..cool huh..?
so,i planned to involved in many sports in the future..and make my body slim..haha..=)
